This blog describes the building of an off grid passive solar monolithic dome. After the building of the dome is finished, I will write about living off the grid, wind and solar power, energy efficiency, sustainable living and growing organic food. Finally, in the spring of 2007, my husband started building the kitchen cabinets! The upper picture is of the upper corner cabinet that has a cabinet on each side. The bottom picture is of the parts of the lazy Susan he built that went inside the cabinet.
